Body Ballet class is combination of stretching, Pilates, yoga and body balance. It based on the classical dance movements.
Body Ballet class is improve flexibility and posture.
Build up the muscles of the belly , back and legs.
Improves blood circulation and joint health
I would especially recommend my classes for women after childbirth. For tighten your body and abdominal muscles.
It’s the best way to get your body in a good shape.
